Job summary

Corbins is seeking a Field Superintendent to lead dynamic teams on challenging Southwest projects including commercial, industrial and water/wastewater facilities. You will guide foremen, coordinate survey/layout, and help implement Last Planner scheduling while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and extensive field leadership experience. OSHA 30 certification is preferred, with opportunities across diverse facilities in the region.

Qualifications

• Experience leading project teams and holding them accountable to goals.
• Ability to multi-task, collaborate, and set priorities.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Emphasizes safety culture and quality to foremen and trade partners.
• Support and develop Foremen, fostering a positive environment.
• Advise Field Engineer on survey/layout needs and schedules.
• Assist with project schedule development and Last Planner System.
• Prepare work plans and review with Field Engineer and Foreman.
• Understand labor/budget values and plan accordingly.
• Ensure proper crew sizing and documentation (timesheets, reports).
• Lead QC processes and participate in project meetings.
• Report field issues to Field Engineer and Superintendent.
• Assist with lift drawings and contractor coordination.
• Build rapport with owners/engineers while ensuring contractual compliance.
• Plan and execute Hazardous energy control, T&E, Working at Heights, confined space.
