You will ensure safety and quality plans are implemented and aligned with project requirements throughout the project duration.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction practices and project activities
• Ability to multi-task, collaborate, set priorities, and take initiative
• Proven success supporting a team through complex project execution
• Experience leading project teams and achieving goals
• Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• OSHA-30 card is required for this role (training provided upon hire)

Responsibilities

• Ensures corporate safety and quality plans are aligned with project-specific requirements and implemented throughout the project duration.
• Responsible for job site safety and work closely with the Safety team to align with Corbins, customers, and industry standards.
• Supports Foreman and Field Superintendents directly to ensure their responsibilities are met.
• Responsible for the quality of all site production while coordinating with QA/QC to develop project QA/QC plans.
• Drives collaboration with Safety, Virtual Construction, QA/QC, and HR to maximize team effectiveness and adherence to policies.
• Partners with the Project Manager to ensure accurate labor projections and schedule adherence.
• Leads development of comprehensive project plans incorporating requirements, constraints, and opportunities.
• Mentors Field Superintendents and Foremen to uphold managerial responsibilities.
• Builds rapport with customers through integrity and transparency while mitigating risks and upholding contracts.
