Job summary

Corbins, part of Nox Group, is seeking a Field Superintendent to lead the coordination of commercial, industrial, and mission-critical construction projects across the Southwest. You will oversee safety, quality, and scheduling while developing Foremen and aligning crews with project goals.

Ideal candidates will have experience leading project teams, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must lead project teams and hold them accountable to project goals.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• STSC trained.

Responsibilities

• Emphasizes a culture of exceptional safety and quality to foremen and trade partners.
• Support and develop Foremen, fostering a positive environment for craft and partners.
• Provide guidance to Field Engineer for survey and layout needs and scheduling.
