Job summary

Nox Group is seeking an experienced Foreman with a strong electrical background to oversee daily operations on assigned projects. You will direct production, scheduling, safety, quality control, and administration, reporting to the projects superintendent, and collaborate across field support teams to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Electrical Construction experience.
• Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes and OSHA safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• OSHA-30 certification required or provided training.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities on assigned projects and oversee Production, Scheduling, Safety, Quality Control, and Administration.
• Lead development of a project plan using company guidelines.
• Track production for assigned construction projects.
• Collaborate with Field Support (Purchasing, Prefabrication, Virtual Construction) to maintain project flow.
• Represent the company positively to customers, trade partners, subcontractors, and industry professionals.
• Resolve escalated field issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify prefabrication opportunities and develop a project kitting plan.
