The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field and at least six years of industry experience, with strong planning, scheduling, and drawing-reading skills.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in construction-related field is desirable.
• Experience reading technical specifications, blueprints and drawings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, direct, and coordinate field operations for a given project area.
• Lead safety, schedule, quality, and budget management on site.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain site logistics plans and scopes of work for trades.
• Participate in preconstruction meetings and manage project close-out.
