Job summary

Vertiv in Tampa, FL seeks a Customer Engineer to install, commission and service UPS, power distribution and battery systems across customer sites. The role calls for hands-on technical aptitude, travel, and a strong focus on safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years military experience in a related technical field.
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
• ASEET or AMEET, or progress towards, preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and administrative skills

Responsibilities

• Perform service tasks as assigned per policy.
• Render on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Communicate with Technical Support on issues.
• Implement Field Change Notices per guidelines.
• Maintain safety and PPE compliance
