Job summary

Vertiv is hiring a Field Service Technician to perform scheduled and remedial service on UPS, power distribution units, and battery systems. The role requires establishing rapport with customers, coworkers, and sales representatives, and promoting safety and compliance on every site visit.

The successful candidate will join a global leader with strong training resources, travel readiness, and a commitment to work/life balance. A background in electronics or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

Relevant technical service experience preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
Ability to operate safely and follow company policies.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled and remedial on-site service tasks.
Provide on-site and phone support to customers.
Coordinate with Technical Support for issues and escalations.
Maintain safety, PPE, and company vehicle responsibilities.
Ensure accurate service reporting and documentation.
