Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking Field Service Technicians in Jamaica, NY to perform repairs and modifications on electrical equipment following detailed work instructions. You will prepare comprehensive reports of installation results, tests, and customer requirements, and monitor modification schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, with at least one year of electrical and/or mechanical repair experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Basic understanding of AC, DC, Analog, and Digital signals and their measurements.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications for report preparation and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and modifications on electrical equipment based on detailed work instructions.
• Prepare comprehensive work reports, including installation results, test outcomes, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate modification tracking documentation and monitor equipment modification schedules.
• Manage repair and modification parts inventory, report discrepancies, and ensure tools are well-maintained.
• Support the Field Service Site Supervisor with various operational tasks as needed.
