Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in coordination or project management preferred, ideally in electrical testing or a related industry.
• Able to commute to one of our locations within the Central or Eastern United States.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, technicians, and management.

Responsibilities

• Schedule FS jobs in Salesforce (SFL) with customers, coordinating FS team schedules, equipment, and materials to ensure timely completion of electrical testing.
• Enter and manage work orders, including purchase orders, drawings, estimate forms, and job site pictures, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Track project materials and equipment calibration to ensure availability and compliance with NFPA 70E and NETA standards.
• Maintain constant communication with clients regarding schedules, responsibilities, and project updates.
• Coordinate labor and transportation resources, scheduling technicians and equipment to be on site as needed.
