Job summary

Sunbelt Solomon is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination, documentation, and successful execution of technical field service and engineering projects. You will work with Project Managers, field technicians, engineers, customers, and internal teams to keep projects organized, properly scheduled, and aligned with customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 2+ years of project coordination, project administration, operations, construction, electrical, engineering, or technical service experience preferred.
• Experience in technical, industrial, construction, utilities, electrical, or field service environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with planning and execution of electrical maintenance, engineering, testing, system design, and electrical upgrade projects.
• Coordinate project schedules, work orders, materials, equipment, personnel, and other resources.
• Assist with developing project schedules, execution plans, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Review project scopes, work orders, drawings, specifications, and customer requirements for completeness.
• Coordinate kickoff activities and ensure teams have information and resources to begin work.
• Monitor progress and communicate updates, delays, schedule changes, and issues to Project Manager.
• Help coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining records and deadlines.
• Assist with project closeout activities and ensure documentation is completed.
