Job summary

Adams Electric is seeking a Field Superintendent to plan, direct, coordinate and supervise personnel and activities for installation and maintenance of electrical systems.

You will work with Project Manager, Field Operation Manager, Safety, BIM, Pre-Fabrication, QA/QC to ensure Adams Electric standards and processes are fulfilled on each project, and to evaluate temporary employees for status within the company.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Licensure as an electrician is required.
• 4-10 years related experience or equivalent knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the electrical work in logical steps and budget time to meet deadlines and coordinate with other trades.
• Assist with scheduling and organize current crews and manpower projections.
• Develop and maintain material management and logistics plans for current projects.
• Lead BIM review and coordination with Project Manager, BIM Manager and foremen.
• Oversee QA/QC plan development and ensure adherence to Adams Electric standards.
• Support safety planning with Onsite Safety Manager and field leaders.
• Coordinate with Field Operation Manager to track production goals and performance.

Licensure as an electrician
