Job summary

ESCO Security is seeking an Electrical Field Foreman to supervise and coordinate a crew installing electrical systems on multiple projects. You will ensure resources, schedule work, and maintain quality and safety standards while meeting client expectations.

The role requires strong communication, ability to interpret specs/drawings, and willingness to travel for projects (Mon-Thu, 1.5–4.5 hours from shop). Must hold a valid driver’s license and NEC/local code knowledge.

• Maintains effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, customers and other trades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily installations of electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and local codes, safety policies, and company standards.
• Review specifications, drawings, and documents to match customer requirements and quality expectations.
• Plan and manage installations; monitor quality and productivity; meet deadlines.
