Job summary

Sundt Enterprise is seeking a Field Coordinator to assist the project team with construction documents, subcontracts, and purchase orders. This role responds to questions about drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and change orders, and maintains professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

As an entry-level position, no degreed background is required beyond an associate's or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction experience.
• Associates degree preferred or equivalent combination of training or related experience.
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs.

Responsibilities

• Assists in change orders and budget adjustments within approved timeline.
• Supports quality management and safety culture on the project.
• Develops procurement schedule and aligns with project CPM schedule.
• Supports execution of the project management plan and team development.
• Understands prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Manages meeting agendas, RFIs, and daily reports and as-built docs.
• Participates in takeoffs for concrete, earthwork, utilities as needed.
• Coordinates submittals and procurement activities with trades and suppliers.
