Job summary

Alpine Intel in Charlotte, NC seeks an Electrical Field Coordinator to join our team full-time. The role involves coordinating field investigations of electrical systems, supporting engineers, and handling documentation and client communications in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

You will assist with vendor management, PO creation, and project tracking, while adapting to varying site conditions and travel as needed. A strong technical aptitude and team spirit are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
• Technical aptitude and ability to research information efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist investigations involving commercial and industrial systems and communicate technical information clearly.
• Support engineers by monitoring project deadlines and keeping client updates.
• Help manage vendor/client relations, including vendor research and budget verification.
• Prepare Purchase Orders for project expenses and document file communications.
