Job summary

JH Kelly, LLC seeks an Electrical Project Coordinator to support coordination of electrical design and execution on diverse projects. You will work with designers, field teams, and project managers to ensure timely, compliant, and safe project delivery.

Responsibilities include RFIs, look-ahead scheduling, and assisting with shop drawings, cost monitoring, and approvals. Travel to multiple sites is expected; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical design and construction process preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to read electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Learn and promote the company's safety and quality protocols.
• Participate in RFIs and project scheduling.
• Coordinate with designers and provide constructability input for electrical design.
• Assist with reviewing shop drawings and submittals.
• Assist with estimating takeoffs and monitoring project costs.
