• Review quotes for completeness and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review proposal specs and drawings to determine scope of work.
• Calculate takeoffs and enter estimates into system.
• Request quotes from suppliers for materials and equipment.
• Identify qualified subs and solicit quotes.
• Itemize incidentals for bid packages (subcontracting, rentals, tools).
• Present scope and pricing for bid package reviews.
