Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specs.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction practices.
• Experience with estimating software; Bluebeam Revu is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate electrical estimates for multi-family projects.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to align scope and budget.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.
• Maintain estimating databases and tools; participate in bid reviews and presentations.
