Job summary

MV Power Solutions LLC, a Denver-based electrical contractor, is seeking an Electrical Estimator to join the pre-construction team. You will work with the Chief Estimator on take-offs, pricing, and vendor quotes, gaining exposure to the full bid process from drawings to proposal.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in commercial electrical estimating or related roles and is proficient with Accubid and Bluebeam, with strong organizational skills to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in commercial electrical estimating or related roles.
• Proficient with Accubid and blueprints.
• Able to manage deadlines and coordinate with PM/field teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings and specs for commercial electrical projects.
• Prepare take-offs using Accubid, Bluebeam, or similar.
• Review and compare subcontractor and vendor quotes.
• Support proposal prep, including breakout pricing and value engineering ideas.
• Coordinate with project management and field teams during handoff.
• Communicate with GCs and vendors throughout pre-construction.
