Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in estimating commercial electrical projects and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Qualifications

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team. This is an immediate opening for a motivated professional with a strong background in commercial project estimation.

Responsibilities:

• Estimate mid to large-scale commercial electrical projects
• Perform accurate take-offs and apply best practices in estimating
• Coordinate project scope with materials, specifications, and local/national codes
• Conduct site visits as necessary to assess project scope
• Manage RFIs during the bidding process
• Qualify quotes from vendors and subcontractors
• Prepare proposal letters, bid forms, and turnover packages
• Communicate directly with customers throughout the process
• Contribute ideas to improve estimating and project processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3+ years experience estimating commercial electrical projects
• Strong understanding of blueprints, specifications, codes, and regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Accubid (Pro 13 or later preferred) BlueBeam, or ProCore
• Previous hands-on field electrical experience is a plus
