Job summary

Ace Electric is seeking an Electrical Estimator to handle all aspects of electrical estimating for its division office. You will analyze blueprints, prepare cost and labor estimates, and assist in budgeting and proposal writing.

Responsibilities include coordinating the bid process, discussing estimates with clients and vendors, and maintaining cost data and tendering processes. Requires driving license and relevant experience in industrial or commercial construction.

Qualifications

• References, Background Check, Drug Screen Testing required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of electrical estimating including composing BOMs, takeoffs, inputting data, submitting RFIs and writing proposals.
• Assist the senior estimator to coordinate and streamline the bid process on each project.
• Analyze blueprints and documentation to prepare time, cost, materials and labor estimates.
• Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services; track actual costs vs. bids as the project develops.
