Job summary

Halo Technical Solutions Global is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer - Bluebeam Specialist to support large-scale industrial construction projects with a strong electrical scope. You will maintain the field drawing set in Bluebeam Revu, create hyperlinks, link RFIs and submittals, and ensure field personnel have current project information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or technical training in engineering or construction management.
• Strong Bluebeam Revu experience, including advanced features.
• Experience with Procore or Autodesk Construction Cloud is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the current field drawing set in Bluebeam Revu.
• Upload approved drawings to the designated field platform.
• Create hyperlinks between plan callouts, details, schedules, and reference sheets.
• Link RFIs and submittals to drawing locations.
• Link tags to submittals, schedules, and installation information.
• Create bookmarks, page labels, slip sheets, sets, and revision overlays.
• Verify all links after each drawing revision.
• Maintain an organized drawing index for tablets and field computers.
• Archive previous drawing sets to preserve revision history.
• Identify outdated drawings, broken links, and conflicts.
• Communicate updates to office and field teams.
• Enforce project document control procedures.
