Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years estimating experience.
• Accubid experience is a plus.
• Strong math skills and understanding of construction docs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contracts, plans and specs to develop detailed estimates.
• Prepare take-offs and meet deadlines.
• Obtain quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with owners, construction and project managers.
• Provide timely project turnover documentation from estimating to PMs.
