Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks an Estimator II to develop accurate and competitive estimates for electrical service work and commercial construction, including mission-critical/data center environments. You’ll balance fast service pricing with thorough bid work, coordinating with field leadership, managers, and vendors to ensure profitable, executable estimates.

Responsibilities include quantity takeoffs, labor and material pricing, subcontractor coordination, and clear scope documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent field experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical construction practices.
• Experience leading estimates for large commercial and data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform quantity takeoffs for conduit systems, feeders, lighting, and panels.
• Prepare complete estimates for service work, small-to-mid-size commercial projects, and bids.
• Review drawings and specs to fully define project scope and labor requirements.
• Develop labor estimates based on installation methods and site conditions.
• Build detailed material lists and price using vendor quotes and historical data.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor quotes and write scopes of work.
• Respond to rapid-turn pricing requests with same/next-day turnaround.
• Identify scope gaps and coordinate with service and project managers.
