Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions LLC in Austin, TX, seeks an experienced Electrical Estimator to develop detailed, competitive estimates for commercial electrical construction, including ground-up, healthcare, and data center work. You'll partner with preconstruction, operations, and leadership to pursue projects and ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical estimating experience in commercial projects.
• Proficiency with Accubid, ConEst or similar estimating software.
• Ability to interpret complex construction drawings, specs, and contract documents.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates from conceptual budgeting through GMP and final pricing.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for power, lighting, fire alarm, low-voltage, and related electrical systems.
• Review drawings, specs and contract documents for scope accuracy.
• Develop labor, material, and equipment pricing using historical data and market conditions.
• Support bid strategy, project phasing, and risk assessment efforts.
• Solicit, evaluate, and level vendor and subcontractor proposals.
• Collaborate with project management during handoff and maintain estimating databases.
