Job summary

Ace Electric, Inc. in Kentucky is seeking a Mission Critical Electrical Estimator to pursue and execute complex electrical construction projects including hyperscale data centers and large commercial facilities.

You will work with operations, preconstruction, project management, vendors, and leadership to develop accurate, competitive estimates that drive project wins and strengthen the backlog while upholding a safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of electrical estimating experience.
• Experience in Mission Critical / Data Centers, Industrial, Large Commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of NEC and electrical systems.
• Ability to develop budgets, proposals, and bid packages.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs and project documents.
• Perform detailed takeoffs and prepare cost estimates.
• Develop budgets, proposals, bid packages, and scope reviews.
• Analyze labor, material, equipment and subcontractor pricing.
• Coordinate with vendors, engineers and operations teams.
• Support preconstruction planning and value engineering.
