The role focuses on reviewing drawings, performing takeoffs, developing labor and material estimates, and coordinating with vendors to prepare competitive bids.

• 3+ years of electrical estimating experience.
• Strong ability to read electrical plans and specs.
• Proficient in NEC and electrical construction practices.
• Excellent Excel and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines.

Mansioni

• Review construction drawings, specifications, and addenda
• Perform electrical takeoffs and quantity surveys
• Prepare accurate labor and material estimates
• Solicit, review, and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
• Identify scope gaps, exclusions, risks, and potential cost issues
• Prepare bid proposals, estimates, and bid summaries
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and project discussions
