Location: Portersville, PA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 4:30pm

Responsibilities

1. Perform detailed estimates, take-offs, and pricing.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and designers.
3. Provide leadership in preconstruction.

The Ideal Candidate

1. A bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management, plus 7+ years of related experience.
2. Strong understanding of electrical construction, labor agreements, insurance, and bonding requirements.
