Job Title: Electrical Estimator/Project Manager

Job Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Salary: $80k-120k

Requirements: 5+ Years of Electrical estimating and project management experience, preferably on Healthcare & Higher Education Facility Renovation Experience.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator/Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates, managing project timelines, and ensuring that projects meet quality standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical construction projects
• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine project scope
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate project progress and compliance
• Prepare and present project proposals and bid documents to clients
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address concerns
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Accubid, BlueBeam and Autodesk Build experience is nice to have
• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator and Project Manager in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and estimating techniques
• Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools
• Experience in General Contracting, Higher Education, Healthcare, or Commercial Construction is a plus
