Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of cost-estimation experience in large-scale infrastructure, with knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and civil components and proficiency in estimating software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE, CM, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years cost-estimation experience in data center or large-scale infra projects.
• Experience with low- and medium-voltage equipment preferred; strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present detailed cost estimates from drawings, specs, materials and labor.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, PM, vendors, and stakeholders to refine estimates and manage cost risks.
• Support bids and negotiations and maintain current cost data.
