Loenbro is seeking an Electrical Estimator in Aurora, CO (On-site) with 4–5 years of electrical estimating experience, preferably in Design Build/Design Assist for water treatment projects. You will assess project requirements, prepare accurate cost estimates, and help execute electrical installations.

The role involves collaborating with project managers, engineers, and procurement to develop budgets, prepare bids, and analyze risks while maintaining strong communication and client service

Aufgaben

• Project Assessment: Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand technical requirements for mission-critical/data center projects.
• Cost Estimation: Use industry-standard software to prepare detailed cost estimates, analyzing labor, materials, equipment and subcontractor costs.
• Bid Preparation: Prepare and submit competitive bids; coordinate with procurement for pricing.
• Risk Analysis: Evaluate risks and incorporate mitigation strategies into estimates.
• Collaboration: Work with project management, engineering and operations to align estimates with budgets.
