Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with general computing.
• Knowledge of commercial/industrial construction, including low-voltage systems.
• Mathematical and accounting aptitude.
• Ability to meet tight schedules and deadlines while maintaining professionalism.
• Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Bluebeam, Accubid, Revit, and CAD preferred.
• 4-year college degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in electrical construction or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with Design-Build and Design-Assist projects and processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings to prepare time, cost, material, and labor estimates, budgets, and ROMs.
• Read specs, organize bid docs, perform take-offs, prepare bid RFIs, and finalize bids.
• Solicit quotes from subcontractors and vendors, review for alignment with plans.
• Consult with clients and teams to discuss estimates and resolve pre-bid issues.
• Prepare detailed proposals and meet clients to review estimates.
