Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze electrical, mechanical, architectural drawings to prepare estimates.
• Read project specifications and organize bid documents.
• Work with subcontractors and vendors to solicit quotes.
• Prepare detailed proposals and meet with clients.
• Provide support at meetings, including close work with project managers.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Electrical knowledge in commercial/industrial construction

Mathematical and accounting skills

Ability to work with tight schedules

Experience using software programs (Bluebeam, Accubid, Revit, CAD)

Education
