Qualifications

• 5+ years related electrical estimator experience in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of the construction industry and contract documentation.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and city regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collect historical cost data to estimate costs for projects.
• Consult with clients and vendors to discuss estimates.
• Prepare estimates for management planning and scheduling.
• Analyze all drawing sets and prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
