Job summary

Alberici is seeking an Estimating Director for Electrical scopes to lead the estimating process across market segments and ensure high-quality, competitive bids. This role supports business acquisition and staff development within a collaborative, safety-focused culture.

You will lead take-offs, final pricing, and buy-out activities while managing estimating personnel and engaging in joint venture pursuits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience.
• 1 year of field experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret complex engineering documents and perform conceptual/detailed estimates.
• Experience with joint ventures and preconstruction services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical estimating process across market segments.
• Manage departmental personnel and ensure winning strategies for pursuits.
• Lead JV pursuit teams and provide preconstruction support.
• Oversee take-offs, pricing, and buy-out activities for electrical scopes.
• Develop staff capabilities through mentoring and training.
