Job summary

Blueprint Staffing is seeking a Director of Estimating - Electrical to lead preconstruction and estimating for commercial electrical projects. You will oversee bid strategy, estimating processes, team development, and client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in commercial electrical estimating, leadership experience, and proficiency with Accubid or similar software; design-build exposure is a plus. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 10+ years commercial electrical estimating experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with Accubid or similar estimating software.
• Design-build experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all estimating and preconstruction activities.
• Manage estimating team workload and bid schedules.
• Review drawings, specifications, and bid packages.
• Develop conceptual and detailed estimates.
• Coordinate with project management and operations teams.
• Build relationships with GCs, developers, and owners.
• Improve estimating systems and standards.
• Mentor junior estimators.
