Job summary

Alberici Constructors, Inc. is seeking an Estimating Director (Electrical) to lead the electrical estimating process across market segments and ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires advanced knowledge of electrical construction and the ability to develop winning strategies while managing staff within a senior-level team. Based in Saint Louis, MO, you will drive preconstruction efforts, participate in go/no-go decisions, and foster JV pursuits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience.
• 1+ year field experience strongly preferred.
• Must develop winning strategies and interpret complex engineering documents.
• Experience with joint ventures, labor contracts, and bonding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical estimating process across market segments and ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide leadership to departmental staff and manage estimating-related responsibilities.
• Drive win strategy development for pursuits and participate in go/no-go decisions.
• Engage in joint venture pursuit leadership and preconstruction activities.
• Develop staffing and scheduling approaches and support professional development.
