Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks an Electrical Project Engineering Manager to lead electrical engineering execution for utility-scale PV and BESS EPC projects. Based in Bedminster, NJ or Scottsdale, AZ, you will align stakeholders, coordinate deliverables, and drive schedules across the EPC lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering.
• Experience managing engineering deliverables, schedules, documentation, and cross-functional workflows.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering across electrical, civil, SCADA, procurement, construction.
• Experience with scheduling, document management, Procore or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution for utility-scale PV and BESS EPC projects.
• Establish priorities, milestones, and deliverable timelines with leaders.
• Coordinate electrical design with Civil, Structural, SCADA, and Procurement.
• Monitor progress and identify risks related to schedule, quality, cost, and permitting.
• Serve as primary engineering interface for customers, owner's engineers, and vendors.
• Lead engineering-focused meetings and reviews.
• Drive timely RFIs, field issues, and design revisions.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for procurement and long-lead equipment.
• Manage transmittals, submittals, changes, and design revisions.
• Create clarity around responsibilities and inputs for disciplined execution.
• Influence stakeholders and drive accountability across project teams.
