The Boeing Company in Huntsville, AL is seeking a First Line Electrical Engineering Manager to lead a talented team toward technical excellence, cost-effective solutions, and flawless program execution. You will coach, mentor, and develop the team while driving multi-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates have a BS in engineering and leadership experience, familiarity with circuit card design and FPGA development, and the ability to obtain US security clearance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Leadership experience (team leader, temp manager) required.
• Experience with circuit card designs and/or FPGAs.
• Ability to generate BOEs and collaborate across functions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical coaching and mentoring, work assignments, employee career development, and continuous feedback.
• Coordinate recruitment, selection, training, performance assessments, salary planning, recognition, and disciplinary actions.
• Support program development, ensure engineering processes and customer focus.
• Utilize circuit card design and FPGA expertise to drive technical excellence.
