Job summary

The Boeing Company in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an Electrical/Electronics Design and Analysis Engineer at Lead/Senior/Principal levels to join a DoD program. You will decompose system requirements into electronic subsystems, lead hardware development and test, and mentor engineers across design, validation and integration tasks.

Ideal candidates have extensive analog/digital design experience, high-speed low-latency electronics, firmware development, and experience with MIL/IPC standards.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required) or ability to obtain SCI access.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical, CS, Data Science, Math, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent).
• 9+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Derive and document hardware requirements from system-level specifications.
• Design, develop, and test mixed-signal electronic circuits and systems.
• Lead PCB layouts and schematics.
• Collaborate with software/firmware engineers to ensure hardware-software integration.
• Participate in design reviews (TRR, PDR, CDR).
• Perform simulations and analyses to validate design performance.
• Conduct Signal and Power Integrity analyses on designs.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues during development and testing phases.
