Job summary
Type One Energy is seeking an Electrical Engineering Resource Manager in Knoxville, TN to oversee and optimize the deployment of electrical engineering resources across multiple programs. Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
- Ten+ years of electrical engineering experience in complex, high-reliability settings.
- Minimum five years leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance urgent needs with long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Assign engineers to projects based on expertise and program priorities.
- Balance workloads and monitor capacity across teams.
- Forecast future resource needs from schedules and milestones.
- Provide direct people leadership within a matrixed organization.
