Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years in electrical engineering in high-reliability environments.
- 5+ years leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and trust-building.
- Analytical mindset to forecast resource needs.
- Broad understanding of electrical engineering disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Assign engineers to projects by expertise and priorities.
- Balance workloads across teams to avoid burnout.
