Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred.
• Professional Engineer license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and designers within the assigned sector.
• Provide mentorship, performance feedback, and career development guidance.
• Oversee project staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate design and client communications, ensuring project requirements are understood and met.
• Drive continuous improvement and apply Henderson design guidelines across projects.
• Manage coordination activities including client meetings, scope, and schedule.
