Winn-Marion Companies in Centennial, CO is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead our electrical design team and drive the execution of custom power distribution and control equipment projects.

You will mentor engineers, shape engineering standards, and partner with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Project Management to deliver high-quality solutions on time, while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 5+ years electrical design experience in power distribution or modular equipment.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience directing engineers and designers.
• Hands-on design experience with LV Switchboards (UL 891), Industrial Control Panels (UL 508A), and Medium Voltage Switchgear.
• Proven load calculations and production-ready drawings.
• Strong NEC, NFPA 70E knowledge and UL certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Electrical Engineers and Designers.
• Review electrical deliverables, approval, and production release.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Project Management.
• Ensure compliance with UL/NEC standards and safety policies.
• Drive continuous improvement in drawings quality and build efficiency.
