Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering; M.Sc. preferred.
• 10–15 years of progressive industry experience with 3–5 years managing direct reports.
• Preferred domain experience in capital equipment product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Engineers, Designers, and Technicians.
• Oversee project delivery with alignment to objectives and resources.
• Manage departmental budget and third‑party resources for efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement in lab and development tools, training, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety laws, including hiring and performance reviews.
• Travel up to 10% to satellite locations, customers, suppliers, or recruiting events.
