Job summary

Motion Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer Electrical to lead electrical design, controls development, and system integration for complex projects. You will create drawings, schematics, BOMs, and test documentation while coordinating with engineering, production, sales, and customers to ensure safety, quality, and manufacturability.

The role requires a bachelor’s in electrical engineering or related field and at least 5 years of related experience, with strong knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years in electrical/controls engineering, automation, or related environment.
• Experience developing electrical designs, schematics, BOMs, and test documentation.
• Experience with AutoCAD Electrical or Vault and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects from design through production handoff.
• Review specs, drawings, RFQs, and POs to define scope.
• Develop designs for control panels, wiring diagrams, and interfaces.
• Perform calculations to support safety, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Create and maintain drawings, schematics, BOMs, and manuals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and customers to resolve questions.
