Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of electronics engineering experience with 2+ years in leadership.
- Hands-on analog, digital, RF design, and high-precision measurement.
- Experience bringing products from concept to production and lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of electrical engineers across analog, digital, power, and RF design.
- Develop individual development plans and support growth.
- Foster psychological safety and a culture of experimentation.
- Provide hands-on guidance in high-precision electronics and PCB layout.
- Review designs, test plans, and documentation.
- Drive Agile practices and cross-functional communication.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, including AI tools.
