Job summary

Winn-Marion in Centennial, CO is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead the electrical design team on custom power distribution and control equipment projects. You will shape engineering standards, mentor engineers and designers, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Project Management to ensure on-time, quality delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electrical design with leadership experience, strong NEC/UL awareness, and hands-on experience with switchboards,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 5+ years electrical design experience, preferably in power distribution or modular equipment.
• 2-3 years leadership experience directing teams of engineers/designers.
• Hands-on design experience with low voltage switchboards, industrial control panels, and medium voltage switchgear.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Electrical Engineers and Designers team.
• Manage customer relationships, engineering priorities, and project timelines.
• Oversee design reviews and ensure production-ready outputs with compliance to NEC/UL standards.
• Ensure data integrity, BOM structures, and drawing conventions across engineering processes.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Project Management for seamless design-to-production transitions.
