Winn-Marion Companies is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager in Centennial, CO to lead a team delivering custom power distribution and control equipment. You will shape engineering standards, mentor engineers, and drive on-time project execution from concept through production.

The role emphasizes strong customer interaction, cross-functional collaboration, and rigorous quality and safety adherence in a demanding manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years electrical design experience, preferably in power distribution center (PDC) manufacturing.
• 2–3 years proven leadership experience directing teams of engineers and designers.
• Hands-on design with Low Voltage Switchboards (UL 891) and Industrial Control Panels (UL 508A).
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, and UL certification requirements.
• Proficiency with EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Electrical Engineers and Designers.
• Serve as primary contact for customer relationships related to engineering deliverables and timelines.
• Oversee the electrical peer review process and ensure designs are production-ready.
• Maintain electrical design standards and revision control in PDM and ERP systems.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Project Management to ensure design-to-production transitions.
