Job summary

CANUSA EPC LLC is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead the electrical engineering department, develop engineers and designers, and ensure project success across North America. You will set standards, oversee quality and budgets, and act as a senior electrical technical authority for clients and project teams.

You'll manage staffing, mentor staff, handle technical reviews, and coordinate across concurrent projects while maintaining a strong client focus and compliance with industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program.
• Approximately 10+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience in oil & gas, natural gas processing, power generation, petrochemical, or related industries.
• Experience leading engineers and designers and managing technical deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Electrical Engineers and Designers.
• Manage department staffing, workload, and resource allocation across projects.
• Establish electrical engineering standards, procedures, and design tools.
• Provide final technical review of critical electrical deliverables.
• Coordinate resources across multiple projects and support proposals.
