Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in State College, PA seeks a Senior Specialist, Electrical Engineer to lead electronics design across digital, analog, and mixed-signal domains. You will collaborate with IPTs and transition hardware to production while managing costs and schedules.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in microcontroller systems, embedded software, and scripting for HW verification, with readiness to work on-site in our Precision Electronic Warfare division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 6 years of relevant experience or graduate degree with at least 4 years.
• Active security clearance preferred (DOD Secret/TS) and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead electronics design efforts using industry-standard tools and create design review packages.
• Develop test plans/procedures to validate circuit implementations.
• Translate system requirements into detailed implementation block diagrams and hardware designs.
• Lead bench-level system integration with hardware, microcontroller, FPGA, and software.
• Support production release of documentation and PLM systems.
